Netvia provides support on all their services, ranging from a basic contract to extensive 24/7 support throughout the year. We have different types of SLA's to provide accurate services for each type of organisation. In addition our supportdesk is always reachable via telephone, a support engineer is waiting to answer your call. 

Singe point of contact

Netvia offers a total package. We take full responsibillity for the equipment (including installation), the internet connections (anywhere in the world) and all services. You no longer need multiple cont(r)acts at different companies. We keep the communication lines short so that you always have the right person at the right time. Existing networks

In the recent years we have had extensive experience with Virtual Access and Funkwerk Enterprise Communications equipment. We therefore also provide services and support based on existing networks with these devices. Our engineers are certified for Service Managed Gateway equipment from Virtual Access and are certified experts in the Funkwerk equipment.
